Ocean Township, NJ– The Greater Ocean Township Chamber of Commerce (GOTCC) hosted the Ansell Grimm & Aaron, PC ‘Golfing Fore Heroes’ event at Jumping Brook Country Club, Neptune on Monday, September 9, 2024. Because the event fell the week of Patriot Day, a National Day of Service & Remembrance, this year’s golf outing was also a fundraiser for the Steven Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation as well as local first responders, Township of Ocean Police Department and the Asbury Park, Oakhurst and Wanamassa Fire Departments.
Special guests for the day included the Township of Ocean Police Honor Guard and Ashely DiRobbio, Tunnel to Towers. Prior to tee off time, the event the Township of Ocean Police Department Honor Guard procession led the attendees in the Pledge of Allegiance.
After an afternoon of golf, the attendees enjoyed a cocktail reception and buffet awards dinner. Ashley DiRibbio spoke about the mission of Steven Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation and assisted in the awarding for prizes for the day.

Dinner was sponsored by Bee Gone Pest Control. Lunch was made possible with the support of the Vin Gopal Foundation. Miller’s Ale House sponsored the Golf Carts and Robert Siegel Law subsidized the beverage cart.
Contests were held for a Hole-in-One, thanks to Shrewsbury Volkswagen. Closest-to-the Pin was sponsored by Clearlink Communications, Morgan Stanley Shoreline and Dreyer Lumber. The Longest Drive Contest was sponsored by Chick fil A and Burke & Manna. This year’s $5,000 Putting Contest was made possible with Circle BMW and the NJ State PBA sponsorships. The Putting Green was sponsored by The Butcher’s Block.
