Nicole Benis is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, the United States District Court of New Jersey, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. She is an Associate Attorney in the Litigation Department at Ansell, Grimm & Aaron, P.C. where her practice focuses on array of complex commercial and civil litigation matters. Nicole earned her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, Nicole served as a Research Assistant for Professor Tracy Kaye, researching and writing about low-income housing tax credits. Nicole served the Seton Hall community as a member of the Student Bar Association and was a mentor to incoming law students. Nicole served as a student intern in the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice Health Justice Clinic, assisting clients in various matters including but not limited to Veterans Affairs appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals of Veterans Claims and estate planning. Nicole earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science with a Concentration in Legal Studies and History minor from Monmouth University.
Nicole is an active member of the Monmouth County Bar Association. She is also a member Young Lawyers Division, Business Law, and Bankruptcy Law divisions of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
