Ms. Littman is admitted to the NJ and PA State Bars, the United States District Court of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is one of the County Counsel for the County of Monmouth, New Jersey, and is a Board Member of the Greater Ocean Township Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Littman is the Owner and Managing Partner of Littman Law, LLC, a transactional firm focusing on real estate, contracts, wills, and young adult healthcare authorizations for students leaving for college, including healthcare power of attorney documents and HIPAA medical release forms. She is a member of the Solo and Small Firm Section, Women in the Profession Section, and the Real Property Trust and Estate Section of the NJ Bar Association. Ms. Littman volunteers her time in her community and beyond, adding value and serving where she can. She readily avails herself to her clients and stakeholders and upholds her firmly held belief that “there is a solution for every problem.”
She received her legal degree from Widener University Delaware Law School, where she was a member of Law Review, The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, and served on the board as Business Manager. She is a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity, whose membership is a mark of honor, and the invitation is based on academic excellence, integrity, and service.
