Marilee Pettit–  Senior Cross-Media Marketing Consultant for Press Communications, LLC

Marilee is a long-time resident of the Jersey Shore and has lived in Neptune Township with her husband, Don, for over 42 years. She has a daughter, Laura, who lives in Beachwood, NJ, with her husband Mike and their daughter Raegan.

Marilee brings more than 40 years of media experience in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. She began her marketing consultant career at the Asbury Park Press, selling print media from 1986 to 1995. She then transitioned to Comcast, where she sold cable television advertising from 1996 to 2000. In 2000, she was recruited into radio sales by Nassau Broadcasting (WJLK) in Ocean Township. When Nassau Broadcasting was later sold to Millennium Radio, Marilee remained with the company as a Senior Sales Executive. In 2009, Press Communications, LLC —former owners of the Asbury Park Press—enlisted her and her talents again, and she has worked with them ever since.

With more than 25 years at Press Communications, Marilee has built strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations throughout the region. She is dedicated to ensuring that her clients, advertisers, and partners are fully satisfied with both short- and long-term marketing campaigns that help grow their businesses.

Marilee has been an active member of the Monmouth-Ocean Development Council (MODC) since 2017 and currently serves on its Board of Directors. She is also an active member of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce and the Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, she serves on Fulfill’s Gala Committee.  Previously to this, she served on the Food and Wine Committee for Monmouth Medical Center’s Southern Campus Foundation in Lakewood, NJ, as well as the Gala Committee for the American Red Cross in Ocean Township, NJ.
