Breakfast & Business Draws a Packed House as GOTCC Leads the Conversation on AI, Social Media & Local Business Growth

The Greater Ocean Township Chamber of Commerce (GOTCC) kicked off another high‑impact Breakfast & Business event—this time drawing a standing‑room‑only crowd at Turning Point in Oakhurst. The turnout wasn’t just impressive; it was a clear signal that Monmouth County business owners are hungry for practical, real‑world strategies to stay competitive in a fast‑changing digital landscape.

AI + Social Media Take Center Stage in Oakhurst

This month’s program, “How to Leverage AI & Social Media to Run, Market, and Grow Your Business,” delivered exactly what local professionals came for: actionable insights they could put to work immediately.

Sponsored by Bee‑Gone Pest Control, the event brought together entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, service providers, and community leaders from across Ocean Township, Oakhurst, Wanamassa, Wayside, and the surrounding Jersey Shore area.

Two standout speakers led the morning:

Abdel KhawatmiPRMG Got Mortgages

Abdel broke down how his team is using artificial intelligence to streamline operations, improve lead follow‑up, and increase efficiency. His examples weren’t theoretical—they were real workflows that local businesses can adopt today.

Dennis Mark InterdonatoKeller Williams Realty

Dennis shared how he rapidly expanded his reach using consistent, authentic social media content. His message resonated with small business owners looking to grow visibility without massive budgets.

A Strong Morning for Networking in Ocean Township

Held at Turning Point (1605 Route 35 & Deal Road, Oakhurst), the event blended education with the kind of networking that makes the GOTCC a cornerstone for local business growth. Attendees connected over breakfast, swapped ideas, and left with strategies they could implement the same day.

GOTCC Executive Director Regina Longo summed it up perfectly:

“This turnout speaks volumes about the appetite within our business community for relevant, actionable content. We’re proud to provide programs that help our members stay competitive and informed.”

Breakfast & Business Becomes a Monthly Series

Due to overwhelming demand, the Chamber confirmed that Breakfast & Business will continue as a monthly series. Each session will spotlight a new topic designed to help Monmouth County professionals learn, connect, and grow.

If you’re a business owner in:

  • Ocean Township
